Shipping & Returns
We do our absolute best to ensure that your packages arrive safely and on time. If you place and order before 17:00, we promise to do everything we can to ensure that your order is shipped the same day. We are not always able to fulfill this promise due to unforeseen circumstances and it may therefore take a little longer than we both had hoped. Should we, for any reason be unable to meet the delivery time given to you in the checkout, we will notify you as soon as possible about a potential delay.
Please note that we have momentarily stopped shipping to the UK due to Brexit.

Shipping provider
We work with DHL, DPD and PostNL-MyParcel to provide our delivery service. DHL, DPD and PostNL-MyParcel aim to deliver your package within the agreed upon time. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the delivery time.
Wrong Address
If you have made a mistake in your address information, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to fix your address information to make sure the package arrives correctly.
Should the package already have been shipped, it will most likely be returned to us. Once it is returned we will be able to reship your order. You will however need to cover the cost of an additional shipment.
Track & Trace Confirmation Email
After you have completed your order, an order confirmation email will be sent to you with your Track & Trace information. Should you not have received this email, please check your spam folder. Should you be unable to find it, please contact us so we can help.
If your package is traceable but you have a question regarding the delivery please contact DHL, DPD or PostNL-MyParcel directly.
Missing or damaged items
Once your package is received, make sure to check that the parcel isn’t damaged and that your order is complete with the correct items. If this isn’t the case, this should be reported to us as soon as possible.
Returning items
Returns and exchanges are always possible if we are notified within 14 days after you have received your order and as long as the packaging and seal isn’t broken/open. After notifying us, you have an additional 14 additional days to ship the package back to us. Returning the package will be at your own costs and must be shipped back to us with a track and trace code. The package must be returned in its original state including all packing accessories, products and samples. It is your responsibility to keep the track and trace receipt until the package is received at our end. Please ensure you notify us about your desire to return your order by using our contact form.
Gift cards can't be returned or refunded. Items purchased with a gift card can be exchanged in respect to above mentioned conditions.

The full refund of your order will be processed in 5 to 10 working days after we have received the package in good state including all sealed products and samples.
